Did You Know that in addition to the Gala Art Exhibit Opening, this will also be a first release and book signing of my fresh off the press Did You Know? book, which I am very excited about? Hope you can be there to take part in the fun. Alchemy is a great place and Mark McDonough does an awesome job of promoting Cape Ann artists in style. If you can't make it to the event, but would like a Did You Know? book, you can click on link above and order one through the website to be signed and sent to you.

"Two Sisters and a Friend from India"

An Exhibit of Representational Paintings by Sisters, Ejay Khan and Judy Wilburn and Friend, D.T. Lohith at

80 Border Street Performing Arts Center, 80 Border Street, East Boston, MA

Ejay Khan owns and operates Khan Studio, an online and physical gallery, giclee’ print studio and frameshop at 80 Border Street in East Boston. Ejay bagan painting in 1991, after leaving the corporate world and moving to Newburyport. Her bold colors, peaceful subjects and outspoken political works evolved during her years of living and painting in Jamaica and Key Largo, FL. Ejay’s works have won numerous awards and her paintings and reproductions of her paintings are owned by many around the world. Visit www.khanstudiointernational.com to see previews of all three artists' work.

Judy Wilburn, younger sister of Ejay and her greatest inspiration as an artist, has been creating art since she was old enough to hold a paintbrush. Her masterfully created paintings will transport you to a peaceful, magical place. A true prodigy, she is self-inspired and taught. Judy currently works as Director of Human Resources at Harvard University Press.

D.T. Lohith has recently relocated here from India. A man who followed his heart, Lohith gave up a lucrative engineering career and enrolled himself at Chamarajendra Academy of Visual Arts (CAVA) in Mysore, to pursue his formal Art education. Each one of Lohith’s paintings depicts the audacity of his spirit, and his realistic renderings have a strange aura as if they have been teleported in a timewarp from a bygone era.
