Khan Studio offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Please return the item(s) in the packaging it was shipped to you in, or something comparable. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. If you have any questions, please call us at (617) 418-5060, or email us at khanstudio@comcast.net. Refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase, or in the form of a check drawn from U.S. funds for all other methods of payment. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any currency other than U.S. funds. All refund checks will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the order was placed. Khan Studio is located in the old Atlantic Works Building at 80 Border Street in East Boston, MA. Customs If you are ordering from outside the
US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to
country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Khan Studio, you are considered the importer
of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
